Universal Jobs helps independent businesses organise visits and keep manual payment records. You remain responsible for customer consent, accurate records, lawful use and secure backups. It is not a payment processor, accountant or tax-filing service. Quotes and invoices do not calculate VAT; check all documents before sending them.

The free plan supports up to 5 customers. Optional Pro removes the customer limit. The actual recurring price is shown by Google Play before purchase. The monthly subscription renews automatically until cancelled through Google Play. There is no trial in this version. Google Play handles payments and applicable refund requests under its policies.

Restore purchases using the Google Play account that bought Pro. The app needs to connect to Google Play at least every 72 hours to refresh Pro access. If Pro ends or cannot be checked, existing records, editing, payment tracking and exports remain available; creating additional customers above the free limit requires Pro.

Cancel in Google Play → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting local data or uninstalling does not cancel a subscription.

Demo mode is for exploring fictional records separately from your real business. Sample records reset when you leave or reopen demo mode, and purchases and reminders are disabled there. Do not use demo mode to keep real customer records.

Maintain your own backups. Deleting app records is permanent unless you have a backup. These terms do not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law. For support, use the developer contact on the Google Play listing.
