Your business records
Customer names, phone numbers, addresses, visit dates, private notes, job photos and payment records are stored in the app's private storage on your device. Gosh M. does not receive these records. Photos are selected by you, resized and saved as JPEG copies. The original photo is not changed; metadata is not copied. Demo mode uses a separate fictional business; its sample records reset when you leave or reopen demo mode. Do not enter real customer information into demo mode.

Exports and sharing
You choose when to export a PDF, share a summary or save a backup, and which app or storage provider receives it. Backups contain your customer, job and photo records and are not encrypted by Universal Jobs. Keep them private. A cloud document provider may upload exported files under its own privacy policy. Private notes and photos are not included in shared summaries or PDF documents.

Subscriptions
Optional Pro subscriptions are handled by Google Play. Google processes payment details under its own privacy policy. Universal Jobs stores signed purchase information and the time of the last entitlement check locally to manage Pro access. Gosh M. does not receive your payment card details or purchase tokens. The app checks purchase status with Google Play when available; it does not operate its own purchase server.

Permissions and reminders
Notification permission is optional and used only for visit reminders. The system document picker grants access only to files you select. There is no contact-book, location, camera or broad photo-library permission.

Analytics and advertising
Universal Jobs has no adverts, developer analytics or developer-operated tracking service. Google Play and Android may independently process diagnostics or purchase data under their own policies.

Retention and deletion
Delete individual photos or visits in the app. A customer with visit history can be deleted after their visits are removed. More → Delete all local records removes all customer, visit, photo and payment records. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes all app-private data. Copies you exported remain wherever you saved or shared them; delete those separately. Uninstalling does not cancel a Google Play subscription.

Children
This business tool is intended for adults running a business and is not directed at children.
